1. Digital Products and Services

All digital purchases — including OTT subscriptions, pay-per-view movies, premium content, or magazine issues — are non-returnable once access has been granted or content has been streamed/downloaded.

However, we understand that unforeseen issues may occur, and we will review refund requests under specific conditions (see below).


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • You were charged twice for the same order or subscription.

  • The purchased digital content was not accessible due to a verified technical error from our platform’s side.

  • You cancelled a subscription before content access and within the eligible time frame (if applicable).

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.

  • You did not like the content or experience.

  • Your device, browser, or internet connection failed to play the content.


3. Refund Process

Once your request is received and verified, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. This email is for refund and cancellation only.


4. Subscription Cancellations

If you are on a recurring subscription plan, you may cancel your renewal at any time before the next billing cycle.
Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid period.
No partial refunds are issued for remaining days or unused services.


5. Third-Party Payments

If you purchased through third-party platforms (such as App Store, Google Play, or PayU), their respective refund policies will apply.
Please contact them directly for billing and refund assistance.
