The second Mumbai show of Marry Go Round – Let’s Blame it on Bollywood took place recently at the Nehru Centre Auditorium, Worli drawing a lively mix of guests and theatre enthusiasts. Among those in attendance were matchmaker Seema Taparia, actor-models Aditi Govitrikar, Arzoo Govitrikar and Sandhya Shetty, adding to the evening’s charm. Following its grand premiere a week ago at NCPA Mumbai, the production continues to be on a spree, with the second show also seeing a packed audience and rave responses.

The musical’s take on the chaos and expectations around big Indian weddings in the age of social media and hashtags once again connected with viewers, who responded well to its mix of humour and drama. With its fast pace and ensemble-driven performances, the show maintained its energy, keeping the audience engaged and entertained from start to finish.

Produced by Ashvin Gidwani under his brainchild – AGP World, and directed by Bhavna Pani, the musical brings together a strong cast led by Vidya Malavade, Mohan Kapur and Apoorva Arora. Backed by a large ensemble, the show stands out for its slick production values, from its vibrant staging and choreography to its overall scale, adding to the experience of this high-energy theatrical outing.
The show is set to be staged yet again on 1st May 2026 at St. Andrew’s Auditorium, Bandra, Mumbai
